How to do it, step by step
- Lie under a very sturdy table and grip the edge with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Straighten your body with your heels on the floor.
- Pull your chest to the edge, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower with control. Bend your knees to make it easier.
Common mistakes
- Using a table that could tip over.
- Letting your hips sag.
- Pulling only with your arms without squeezing your shoulder blades.
